APPLICATION:
Prep your skin
Start with a clean face. Apply a few drops of your favourite LovisaLife facial oil or serum to create slip—this prevents tugging on the skin.
Hold at an angle
Gently hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15–45° angle to your skin (almost flat) for best results.
Use light pressure
Glide the tool in upward and outward strokes, always moving from the centre of your face out toward your hairline.
Follow this flow:
Jawline → sweep from chin to ear
Cheeks → glide from nose across the cheek toward your ear
Under eyes → gently move from inner corner to temple
Brows → sweep across brow bone
Forehead → move from eyebrows up to the hairline
Neck → glide upward from collarbone to jawline
Repeat
Repeat each stroke 3- 5 times per area for a full facial massage. Use daily or a few times a week for visible results.
